STEPS Registered Vehicle Billing
Every month you receive a file from the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles containing the vehicles that have been registered and that are now ready for ad valorum property tax billing. These are the steps you will take every month to situs and bill the taxes and fees on the vehicles.
You should have already complete STEP Prepare Monthly Vehicles for Billing. The last step in that series is the Property Edit Report. It should be clear of errors. You might want to check by running the report again.
